Can I chat in any language?
Yes! The AI chatbots are able to speak and understand almost any language. We are working to expand translations of the interface in the app itself over time. The current version natively supports English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
What platforms is the app available on?
Currently, the app is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. We are working to expand to Android and the Web in the future.
What are the minimum versions of iOS and macOS supported?
You will need a device running iOS or iPadOS 16 or later, or macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. Make sure to update your device to the latest version of iOS or macOS to ensure the best experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Settings app on your device, tapping your name, then tapping Subscriptions. From there, you can select the Text With History subscription and cancel it.
Are my conversations stored privately?
While we require to store your conversations on our servers to provide the service, we do not share your conversations with any third parties. Your conversations are stored securely and privately. You may also choose to delete all your stored personal data at any time straight from the app.
I would love to chat with a particular figure, but I don't see it in the app. How can I request it?
